Surrey Virtual WI - Surrey Vixens
Have you heard the exciting news that a fully virtual Surrey WI is forming in April 2021, one of the first in the country? It will be called Surrey Vixens WI. All are welcome but in particular it will be ideal for women who find it hard to get to meetings for any number of reasons. Maybe they are house-bound, cannot find childcare, don't have a WI in easy reach, or live overseas (virtual WIs are not hindered by distance!). Whatever their reason, they and everyone else will be welcome to give SVWI a try to see if it is for them. Please let as many people as possible know about this. Surrey Vixens are already holding monthly meetings on the first Wednesday of the month at 8pm, and have a number of special interest groups springing up. So far they have a Wednesday Coffee Morning, Sunday Brunch Club, Photography Den and Crafty like a Fox craft club. Please contact them on their email if you are interested - surreyvwi@gmail.com.
